PipWires Legal
Terms of Use
Effective date: June 20, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the PipWires website, browser demo, early-access program, software, downloads, documentation, generated-code features, support, and related digital products.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing PipWires, requesting early access, using the browser demo, purchasing a license, downloading software, or using related services, you agree to these Terms. If you use PipWires on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Product purpose
PipWires is a software-development tool for visually designing trading-strategy logic and generating source code for supported or planned trading-platform languages. PipWires is not financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, a broker, a trading-signal service, portfolio management, automated account management, or a guarantee of profit.
3. Trading risk and user responsibility
Trading involves substantial risk. Generated code and strategies may contain errors, unsuitable assumptions, platform-specific differences, or logic that performs poorly. You are solely responsible for reviewing, compiling, testing, backtesting, forward-testing, validating, monitoring, and controlling any code or strategy before live use. You are also responsible for broker rules, platform rules, margin, leverage, regulatory compliance, taxes, and risk management.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for keeping account, license, and device credentials secure. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
5. Licenses and permitted use
Subject to payment, eligibility, and compliance with these Terms, PipWires grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and related digital products for your own internal personal or business use according to the product plan, license type, documentation, and purchase terms that apply.
You may use source code generated by PipWires for your own trading-strategy development, testing, and deployment, subject to these Terms and any additional license terms shown at purchase or inside the software.
6. Restrictions
You must not reverse engineer PipWires except where law prohibits this restriction; bypass licensing or access controls; share, resell, sublicense, publish, rent, or redistribute PipWires or licensed element packages; use PipWires to violate law or third-party rights; overload or attack our systems; scrape non-public data; remove proprietary notices; use false purchase information; or assist anyone in doing these things.
7. Early-access software
PipWires may be provided as alpha, beta, preview, or early-access software. Early-access software may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, changing interfaces, incomplete documentation, compatibility limitations, changing output, and features that are added, removed, or revised. You should not rely on early-access features as final or uninterrupted.
8. Purchases, taxes, Paddle, and refunds
Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for PipWires purchases and may handle payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, billing administration, refunds, and chargebacks. Prices, features, license scope, and availability may change. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
9. Support, updates, and availability
We may provide support, updates, fixes, and new features at our discretion. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of PipWires, including early-access builds or browser demo functionality. We do not guarantee that PipWires will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, or available indefinitely.
10. User content and feedback
You retain ownership of strategy diagrams, project files, generated code, and other materials you create or submit, subject to the rights needed for PipWires to provide the product and support. If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or feature requests, you grant PipWires the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
11. Intellectual property
PipWires, including its software, interface, visual elements, element packages, documentation, website, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by PipWires or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms or applicable license terms.
12. Third-party platforms and trademarks
PipWires is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected with MetaQuotes, MetaTrader, MQL4, MQL5, TradingView, Pine Script, NinjaTrader, NinjaScript, cTrader, cAlgo, cTrader Algo, TradeStation, EasyLanguage, MultiCharts, PowerLanguage, brokers, exchanges, data providers, or financial institutions. Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility goals or code-generation targets.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipWires is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, reliability, profitability, or suitability for live trading.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipWires and its owners, contributors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, indirect damages, consequential damages, special damages, incidental damages, punitive damages, or losses arising from generated code, trading decisions, platform behavior, broker execution, or market conditions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for PipWires in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PipWires from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of PipWires, generated code, trading activity, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights, except where prohibited by law.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PipWires, licenses, downloads, support, or accounts if you violate these Terms, misuse the product, create risk, fail to pay, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or if required by law. After termination, you must stop using licensed software and materials except where a surviving license right expressly allows continued use.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, commercial, or operational changes. The effective date will be updated for material changes. Continued use of PipWires after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing law and mandatory rights
These Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, non-excludable warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
